The hypnotic alternative pop of Eefje De Visser is always investigating what drives, divides and unites people. After the success of her fourth album Bittersweet she retreated to the studio to work exclusively on songs she wrote during her tour, but also during the pandemic, her pregnancy, and the first period of motherhood. On September 13 she releases her fifth studio album Homesickness out. Eefje shows herself on this record as her most authentic self; an uncompromising songwriter, unique in translating her inner world into personal, timeless songs, and dark, dreamy productions.
